2. How It Works

When you submit your property details through our form:

1. Your contact information and property details are collected by us
2. We share your information with one or more licensed real estate salespeople (licensed under the Real Estate Agents Act 2008) who operate in your area
3. The agent(s) will contact you directly to arrange a free, no-obligation market appraisal

We may receive a referral fee or per-lead payment from agents. This does not cost you anything — the service is free for property owners.

3. No Appraisal or Valuation Service

We do not conduct property appraisals or valuations. Any indicative price estimates displayed on our website (including after form submission) are automatically generated estimates for informational purposes only. They are based on general area data and should not be relied upon for making financial, investment, or property decisions.

Only a licensed real estate agent's market appraisal or a registered valuer's formal valuation should be used for decision-making purposes.

4. Real Estate Brand Logos & Names

Any real estate brand names, logos, or trademarks displayed on this website belong to their respective owners. Their presence on our website:
